This thread was followed up by a discussion in Matrix which came to the eventual conclusion that the domain mentioned in the thread is a phishing domain set up by someone, which instead of computing your note locally and just giving it to you, it reports this data back to the owner and lets him using your note.
The link mentioned in the thread is an IPNS link that most likely DOESN’T POINT TO THE CONTENT HASH bafybeiguelxw5aanwnhvaea5vjhknmcdmwvujne36wgabnkmcbt3563toa. Checking it yourself is not very feasible and as such ONLY USE THE LINKS FROM THE GUIDE.
